Millrise Condo - Mold Remediation

Fire Restoration

In March 2010, Calgary saw one of its largest residential fires in the past decade. This 157 unit complex was gutted, as over 20 million liters of water was poured onto the top floor, saving the 3 floors below, but filling them with water. The building was gutted down to its wood foundation, but by then the mold had set in. Scrub Zero was contracted to use its dry ice blasting technology to fix this problem. This is a great example of how this process removes char from wood, It removes the toxic carbons, while quickly leaving a paintable surface.
